Nothing, everything was great.

The place is located near a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, and a local market. the rooms are very clean, bright, and well-appointed according to guests. the bathroom is big and the shower-head worked well. the hosts are welcoming, friendly, and even offered local shots to guests. Some guests enjoyed the private garden, beautiful hiking tracks, and walking distance to Rastoke town.

A few guests stumbled upon another horrible hotel and proprietor in Plitvice Lake and fled to this place.

This hotel was a fantastic value for money with its perfect location near the bus transport and right next to the rivers, providing beautiful views from the rooms. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they even left coffee and tea in the room for their guests. The basic amenities and facilities were all available and in great condition.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Slunj bus station. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Plitvice National Park. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the river, waterfalls, and mill-house. It was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, offering helpful tips for my visit. The breakfast was delicious and served with attention to detail. this hotel offered great value for money, with its convenient location, beautiful views, and comfortable rooms.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hosts at Rooms Modrusan were incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information about the town and its attractions. Parking was safe and convenient, and the room was exactly as advertised. I would definitely revisit this quiet and wonderful place, just a short 5-minute walk from the waterfalls. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms Modrusan is a hidden gem, perfectly situated near the bus station of Slunj. It offers a beautiful view of the stunning Rastoke area with all its natural beauty. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

The accommodation was neat and tidy, equipped with a microwave and kettle. The location of the place was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the host was accommodating when we asked for advice on activities and restaurants to check out.

We unfortunately got a basement room that had a strong musty smell which was not pleasant. This made us feel uncomfortable and we had to keep the windows open to minimize the odor.

the room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. the location was perfect, within walking distance to markets, banks, and grocery stores. the window offered a pleasant view of the beautiful Church of st Trinity nearby. Walking to Rastoke, the town falls, was a breeze.

it could be challenging to find parking nearby, especially during the busy tourist season.
